Work Flexibility sometimes.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No hikes and no promotions for years. Bonus is written on papers only. It will not be paid(3 years once they pay little). Except work flexibility nothing good here. Now it is also not there because of agile policy. No learning. you should work on old technologies. Few managers show their psychoism on us. They don't treat employees as professionals. They treat as laborer.

Oracle provides great learning opportunity. The team culture is really welcoming. Everyone is very helpful while they do not do spoon-feeding. Work-life balance is really maintained.

Internal salary hike is not annual. It will be done after 2 years or even longer. There is no real connect between the team members but mostly it's because of not being able to physically work alongside them.
