* The company provides a fair job security. * Decent work-life balance(team dependent). * Good benefits apart from the salary. * Some managers are really good to work with. * Since COVID most people are working from home and very little interest from management to call people to work from office.

Dislikes

* Salary hikes are non-existent. You work for the same salary until you stay. * Seniors who have been for over 10yrs can get really insecure about the new people and try to suppress genuine talent. * Though WFH is extended even after COVID, it results in long working hours and unreasonable asks sometimes. * Unreasonable release deadlines to appease clients. * Consulting teams can get very annoying and throw the engineering teams under the bus in case something arises out of the ordinary from the clients.

Flexible work time and able to manage work and life very well while working on project.Excellent company to learn banking domain. Job security is very good compare to other company.

Dislikes

After some year learning is limited. We have to do same thing again and again. Compensation is poor if you work long time here.

Only job security and if you are in offshore team, in some projects you will get good work life balance.

...you good hike. I have seen people on the same post for years even if u put work. When you demand increased salary or any counter after getting job at another company, they don't even give you a matched offer and won't even try to retain you.

Subsidiary of ORACLE -I only joined the organisation for the name ORACLE

No salary hike in last 3 years, no pramotion -people are working on same designation for years, 0 Employee benefits - apart from salary and travel allowance (if you are working as onsite resource) you get nothing from organisation, most of projects tech stack is outdated
