* The company provides a fair job security. * Decent work-life balance(team dependent). * Good benefits apart from the salary. * Some managers are really good to work with. * Since COVID most people are working from home and very little interest from management to call people to work from office.

* Salary hikes are non-existent. You work for the same salary until you stay. * Seniors who have been for over 10yrs can get really insecure about the new people and try to suppress genuine talent. * Though WFH is extended even after COVID, it results in long working hours and unreasonable asks sometimes. * Unreasonable release deadlines to appease clients. * Consulting teams can get very annoying and throw the engineering teams under the bus in case something arises out of the ordinary from the clients.

job security is onl plus i see here, there are employees with 15+ exp, or from start of flexcube which later was acquired by oracle and is now Oracle Finacial services software

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No salary hikes for years, no perks, not even Wifi bill rembursement. Nothing new to learn, employees are not open to automation they are comforatble with manual efforts, new approach is always discouraged. HR dept is for name sake. abusive workplace, managers lack empathy, uses cuss words for female employees as well and everyone behaves as if its company culture.

I am an Associate Consultant in Oracle Financial software services (OFSS). I am currently in a team where project is built on Java Spring boot but I have nothing to do there. I am always in Production support doing tasks that client says, sending mails , altering as client says. There is no technical development I see. Is it same with other OFSS mates?
