I believe Opus restricting ourselves only on Cards Payment domain that too only with few clients they should explore to New Market like EMEA/APAC - Mainly UAE and India

Everything. They make you work for long hours, on weekends and even at odd shifts but don't even bother appreciate your efforts. There is a lot of micro-management and the HR is of no help at all. However good the offer may be, do not consider it if you prioritise your mental health and wellbeing.

Colleagues are too supportive in nature, good learning experience with all Opus family, all are awesome!!

Promotion or salary increment not much as good for freshers guys but for experience on it is really a good one

Great team members. Good office premises. Good year end parties.

Dislikes

Lack of vision of senior leadership team. Lack of projects. Very limited clients. Poor management. Just T&M projects no strategy for product development. Hire & Fire policy. No long term plans.
