As an fresher the company won't pay you salary and you can't learn anything from the company , and the bad thing is that they simply cut off your salary just for simple reason like : if you exceed more than 1 hour of break like 1 min also for full day your salary will be deducted and iam telling you that don't join the company in any cost. And if you want to sucide you can easily join the company when I started writing✍️ this review, two hours before I got terminated so please................. Don't join the company

There is nothing positive in the company,basic two times tea too is not provided by company,when I had joined acs were not working,fans are not functional,shutter was not working properly,no sanitizer,boys toilet u can't lock from inside, washbasin tap does not work,thi gs are so worse that in cafeteria employees stand and eat there food as there are no chairs,just pathetic.

... that there won't be any full and final settlement done as per company policy. I am not the only one whom they have not paid the salary too,it's been a trend in Opulentus where they get the work done from employee and not pay them. A 62 year old senior citizen employee too was not paid I don't how many employees that have exploited till date.

... And Employees are very helpful on how to do counselling and help in all things. Coming to salary is always prompt getting on a respective day every month perfectly.

The office looks nice and premises are kept in order. The electronic equipment available are well maintained. A decent start for beginners in the field. A few senior management people may hear out your grievances. Leaves are not too difficult to get if you have a genuine reason to request for one.

Dislikes

...o high level of inter-office politics and dishonest ways of generating business. As a result, the salary of the person, who is not part of a favored group, gets paid in half. It could be deducted owing to a random excuse. Salary is not released for a whole month for a few. Upon leaving the position with notice, none of the PFs and remaining monthly deductions from salaries gets released. The cameras all over the place is to keep scrutiny over things like usage of cell phones or eatables on desk. If an employee harasses/gets physically aggressive with other employees, no report gets raised for such actions. A lot of unjustifiable prejudice towards a few creates a disturbed work environment as it causes unnecessary levels of prolonged stress. Job security is almost nil.

I had a very good experience with opulentus during my career with the company. But due to covid19 as in general we faced issues with the salary and other benefits but I don't want to blame the company since this crisis is going on globally and companies also have to bear the brunt from this pandemic, so I don't want to fault my company for any injustice.

Dislikes

I was able to manage and abide to the conditions set out of the company. Rarely I could complain anything about the company since all our interaction to any department of the management was through respective managers and they were incredibly supportive.
