The office looks nice and premises are kept in order. The electronic equipment available are well maintained. A decent start for beginners in the field. A few senior management people may hear out your grievances. Leaves are not too difficult to get if you have a genuine reason to request for one.

Dislikes

Training is sparse. Incentives are not released for months even after positive performance. The monthly targets are tough to achieve by diligent employees due to high level of inter-office politics and dishonest ways of generating business. As a result, the salary of the person, who is not part of a favored group, gets paid in half.It could be deducted owing to a random excuse. Salary is not released for a whole month for a few. Upon leaving the position with notice, none of the PFs and remaining monthly deductions from salaries gets released. The cameras all over the place is to keep scrutiny over things like usage of cell phones or eatables on desk. If an employee harasses/gets physically aggressive with other employees, no report gets raised for such actions.
