The office looks nice and premises are kept in order. The electronic equipment available are well maintained. A decent start for beginners in the field. A few senior management people may hear out your grievances. Leaves are not too difficult to get if you have a genuine reason to request for one.

Dislikes

Training is sparse. Incentives are not released for months even after positive performance. The monthly targets are tough to achieve by diligent employees due to high level of inter-office politics and dishonest ways of generating business. As a result, the salary of the person, who is not part of a favored group, gets paid in half.It could be deducted owing to a random excuse. Salary is not released for a whole month for a few. Upon leaving the position with notice, none of the PFs and remaining monthly deductions from salaries gets released. The cameras all over the place is to keep scrutiny over things like usage of cell phones or eatables on desk. If an employee harasses/gets physically aggressive with other employees, no report gets raised for such actions. Hi i have worked for opulentus for 5 months i dont know actually this type of people also exist they only think about them self by taking others hardwork specially manager which is appointed to me thinks that they are owners of the opulentus organization they only stick to female employees they involve in personal matters and they make relationships in office as am a experienced employee of software company but i never saw this type of peoples in organization i am a muslim but i never thought and i dont know telugu language sometimes they will talk about religion and they will laugh on us #shame on this part being a good educated perons they behave like illitrate peoples used to treat equally for all employees #respect #employees i have shared a mail to opulentus hr regarding my health issues but without checking all those things they abscond me if you care about your employee then employees will care about the organization dont run back of money i hope weather this message is brings a lot of change to all ....thank you for your co-operation ( work is workship ) God will give success with our efforts and hardwork not with your torchers....Read More
