Overall my experience with UHG was one of the best I ever had with any organization but the only issue I had with company was salary issue as the management only increase the salary at their will if you are good at Licking manager then you have a bright future

I love to work from home. But the company failed in delivering the laptop at right time and they gave me a system after 3 months of lockdown. I am facing several challenges regarding the work and the organisation is responsible for it.

There is too much workload in the UMR process. The management is very poor. The salary and incentives are too low in comparison of the workload and the complexity of the work.

Optum is a great place to work as fresher. When you are experienced there is not much to learn and at one time your career you will feel stagnant. Gain some experience in Optum and then switch to different company for further growth. For those who don't want pressure and want job security and comfort zone then staying with the company will be the best option for you.
