Like about working in optum it is provided work culture work from home facility. That is most important employees like.

Dislike salary is very low. Employees never buy own home in whole life. Upper management is happy because they get promotion and getting high salary.

I love to work from home. But the company failed in delivering the laptop at right time and they gave me a system after 3 months of lockdown. I am facing several challenges regarding the work and the organisation is responsible for it.
