...ilable outside of the office, even public transport can't reach there after 6pm. if you have to leave in emergency you have to book cab for that you have to pay more than 1k so this a challenge.

Growth chances is too slow. Work pressure is too high. Salary is not enough according to company expectations about work they want from you

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, Common Review(Appraisals) are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

As per my experience it is good company to other. If I talk about salary, so here is flexi salary package in which incentive included. Now move further service just like skills, it's totally upto you that how much you can learn. Team engagement is very well, team support also. Overall it is nice comparison to other. If you wanna wondering to start your career definitely start from optum...

I am not satisfied with package. Because here is flexible salary package. So we assume something and there is something different. Only salary issue is here.

They offer salary very low but a new starter it is a best platform. But i think organization need to think about the salary structure.
