Stable organization with good structure. Work life balance and pay is also good.

Dislikes

Indian managers does micromanagement alot and favouritism always comes into picture due to that. Learning is preety slow as per market standards. If you want peaceful wlb and job security and can take hit on leaning and money, this is the organisation for you.

Rewards and Recognition are good. Appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

Variable pay percentage is too high. Rewards and Recognition are considered in the Variable pay. Notice period is a bit long (90 days)

Initial salary will be good, perks like free meal....and flexible working hours...no tension maintaining minimum time in office

Dislikes

Hikes and promotions are less. Hike will be around 10-15 percent max for good performance.. for average it will be in single digit.

1. Hybrid working model with 10days WFO per month. 2. Good skill growth and development work available.

Dislikes

1. No salary hike and variable pay since last 3yrs, if you get average rating. This is shocking as these things happen in service based companies mostly. 2. Canteen food is unhealthy and expensive. 3. NP of 90days is a setback for looking at outside opportunities.

Everything is in variable pay,lot of cuttings which are part of CTC but will not be included. Some managers maintain their existence based on communication ..no skills. Partiality between region.
