Pretty average in everything. To find proper work here wlb has to sacrificed. If just want to get by then this company is good. Numerous engagement activities, keep up the good work there. You will definitely find good peers. Compensation is subjective, better than most service based companies but doesnt compare to good product companies and startups. Pro tip- Just don't consider RRP as part of compensation.

Scrape for work. The teams are overstaffed, so politics is natural. Evenhough the salary is average, still looking at the deliverables it feels being overpaid. With a lot of hierarchy and bureaucracy, logic takes a backseat. Documentations are decent but some people are so incompetent that they will waste time by scheduling multiple calls to understand 2+2=4. Their mouths are too small to even spoon feed the complex problems. Still they get by. No one has end goal in mind so many tech discussions wander off point. Objective discussions and deep dives are rare. People are always busy for some reason. Higher management is not employee friendly. There are empty talks by leaders about wlb here, I don't think anyone really means it or they are too much disconnected from the working folks. Scheduled 1:1s are a chore and doesn't address actual issues. I suggest reach out to your work horses informally and most importantly observe their contributions. Insurance benefit is pretty dismal. Join it if you - are already content with your personal growth - are not irritated with slow paced environment. - like bureaucracy and hierarchy - are good with faking it - enjoy office politics

Please dont join optum unless you have been offer a good package and after join dont except beyond 4% hike and for name it is an product based company but worst than service based company, remember dont ever join dental team

Great WL balance, lots to learn and implement, and great culture. You'll definitely have job security here, if you're decently skilled - one of the very few product companies that are this good on these parameters..

...ch benefits are there, the company fails to recognize and promote decent talent. There was a monetized incentive program[apart from perf bonus] earlier, which got scrapped, the pay is on the lower end of a decent scale. There are some okay-ish benefits like medicals, annual checkups, vaccination drives, external gym membership[subsidized cult.fit]. No free food in the cafeteria :p if that matters to you..!!

Everything is in variable pay,lot of cuttings which are part of CTC but will not be included. Some managers maintain their existence based on communication ..no skills. Partiality between region.

Good pay and less challenging office work , better if you are planing for distance studies

To much managers than workers. Managers tend to get teight competition from higher management they tend to put all presure to the bottom employees its more like half cooked projects and mostly dont golive.
