Less pay and hikes compared to other product based companies . 20% variables which will be paid based on company and your performance . Less technical growth .

Great work culture and quality of work.

Dislikes

Salary is not per utilisation of resource, tremendous work pressure. No benefit and very strict deliverables that gives no flexibility. No promotion and hike is poor.

Salary on time Optum culture is good but there new acquired company hix have managers who do micromanagement and are not familiar with the Optum culture

Micromanagement in HIX department HIX managers do not have the culture Optum is having They are following strict 3 day work model for now

job security, work culture, management and company policy are all good. Management is supportive

Compensation is decent but slow growth. Also it lacks innovation. Teammates are not cooperative sometimes.

I enjoyed a lot working in Optum Global Solutions but comparative to other company pay and incentives are very low and job security and not sure During the co-vid times company has removed lot of employees from the organization and coming to growth i didn't see much growth

Teammates are eco-friendly but managers are very partial for few employees they show lot of politics in the organization i don't like the way they are.
