Nothing for now. Last year it is used to be one of the best organisation. When it is used to be Episource. Now after Optum acquiring it becomes worst.

Ok first thing i have to say about this company is good for starting your career for medical background but don’t expect much salary because if you’re living like Chennai area this salary is not enough for single person

One hundred percent job security in Uhg and R1rcm. Both are doing great job. Management of Optum Uhg and R1rcm are excellent even in lock down situation. They both never cut off our salaries. Company policy of Uhg and R1rcm are doing great.
