Don't know about AR caller and RCM process especially non voice processes are worst at all segments like salary, learnings, culture, process related knowledge etc, I agree all corporate companies have there own politics goes inside but Optum Hyd will be 1st in it and higher management like managers and DM's are really good at back stabbing and they teaches you how to become lazy without any development in life and career

Very high variable pay that is never paid to the full, it just inflates your CTC , But actually it’s not true number. Compensation and benefits used to be good when it was UHG , now slowly they are moving like a service based company. Hikes are very less as compared to the market.

Office Envirinment is good, work life balance is good, you get a lot of flexibility, pay is decent and you are rewarded for good performance.

Office facilities are okayish, exciting perks are very few. HR structure is also not employee friendly.

There is nothing good about this organization. Here people doesn't care about employee needs and mindset. The only thing this organization cares is stupid rules and protocols which it has set. Very bad place to work. You are only a slave in eyes of organization.
