... that I joined Optum. It has the best infrastructure and job security is 10000%. Salary always on time. Management is too lenient and the best part is that I have never felt this much leverage and freedom in any other company. Optum is indeed a great place to work. they provide both sided cabs as well. I have literally no complaints. everything including HR, and senior staff has been very helpful.

The management and the manager's centric organization.. Your life will destroy if you join as an Associate Or Senior Associate.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is not decent career growth is very much slow. No proper job trainer is available.

...de all facilities to the employees they provide secure and lovable environment..during lockdown they provided work from home facility and provided laptops and desktops to employees and provided full salary as healthy and safety

Compensation is very low and there was no growth at all and also high work pressure.

Most projects has good work life balance unless your in production support. Less layoffs compared to other companies

Less pay and hikes compared to other product based companies . 20% variables which will be paid based on company and your performance . Less technical growth .

1. Very slow growth and promotions. 2. Lot of politics at senior levels. 3. Work from office is mandatory for 10 days. 4. Not very good projects to work on.
