... talk about the dislikes of the organisation, for there is no reason to dislike. But there is one reason there should be equality when it comes under the salary package for the same job profile. There should not be inequality in terms of same job profile for the salary package offered.

it is a great experience to work within this organization, never cut our salary even in pandemic,even some coordinator not reciecved their system and unable to work 2 month,even though company paid their salary....

If you come here at a higher package for your grade you get less increments despite getting good rating. which they don't tell before. Same grade and same rating will get different percentage hikes basis their current pay

...It is USA based Hindi talking company. Appraisal lot of partiality and politics. Following quiet firing and making them resign by covering cost cutting and loss of the company and this will be happened for next 2 years
