Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The company is open to take any kind of challenges in the web development. We can learn a lot here. I started my career here. My colleagues are very helpful and I learned a lot from them and we work happily. Whatever the coding now I have today is because of the MD of that company, he is the one who trained me to become jack of all.
