Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? The company is open to take any kind of challenges in the web development. We can learn a lot here. I started my career here. My colleagues are very helpful and I learned a lot from them and we work happily. Whatever the coding now I have today is because of the MD of that company, he is the one who trained me to become jack of all.
