Likes

Work life balance is too good in the company and salary on time that is too good. If you are fresher you will get chance to learn a lot. Lot of opportunity to developer skills and learn more about technology ans lot of certification.

Dislikes

Bond policy is like trap in the organization they will not give you hike in bond specially and after bond also. In the name of appraisal they will increase in thousands only year wise. And be clear for which you are going because once you joined they can put you in any field or technology even without knowing your interest. So be careful for that and if you will complain they will not listen you any how until you will no leave the organization.

Optimus Information is a good organization to learn. They gives good compensation and satisfactory annual appraisals. Environment is quite happening and before Covid they use to organise weekly learning programs, monthly/quarterly/annual parties, free dinner and cab facility if stay late for work. Work life balance is also good.

Dislikes

Only "Numbers" matters for top management. Sometimes it feels very rude. Aggressive Hiring-Firing policy.

... on his behalf as well. 3. Very bad culture, as no professionalism is there. 4. Salary is very less. 5. You will be doing the same work for years with no career growth. 6. Too much work politics. 7. No appreciation of efforts. Leads will take the appreciation on your behalf. 8. Even HR do not take any actions on any concern. 9. You will be asked multiple time about any concern you may have but no action will be taken. 10. Manager is not able to take decisions. 11. Company has lost multiple projects. 12. Do not join this at any cost.

The work environment is collaborative and the leadership genuinely cares about employee well-being.

While the workload can sometimes be demanding, the fast pace work environment might not be for everyone.
