Work life balance is too good in the company and salary on time that is too good. If you are fresher you will get chance to learn a lot. Lot of opportunity to developer skills and learn more about technology ans lot of certification.

Bond policy is like trap in the organization they will not give you hike in bond specially and after bond also. In the name of appraisal they will increase in thousands only year wise. And be clear for which you are going because once you joined they can put you in any field or technology even without knowing your interest.
