Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1. Being a part of the HR team, I can showcase the real culture inside the company. 2. Abusive founders living in their own hallucination of being the most intelligent people on the planet in all areas of work. 3. They hire experienced people rarely and even if they do, they make those people operate like their puppets.. 4. One of the founders will claim that the Maslow theory taught in MBAs is an inverted pyramid. Now how does deals with such an Einstein? 5. Abusive for females when they get to know that they are in a family way, they ask managers to make performance issues and pave the way out for that female. 6. Extremely political and biased environment, where you are forced to learn what will help the company to get more Microsoft certifications. 7. You can be fired overnight in the name of performance if you try to whistleblow against anything unethical. 8. Join at your own risk or if you don't have a choice.
