1. Being a part of the HR team, I can showcase the real culture inside the company. 2. Abusive founders living in their own hallucination of being the most intelligent people on the planet in all areas of work. 3. They hire experienced people rarely and even if they do, they make those people operate like their puppets.. 4. One of the founders will claim that the Maslow theory taught in MBAs is an inverted pyramid. Now how does deals with such an Einstein? 5. Abusive for females when they get to know that they are in a family way, they ask managers to make performance issues and pave the way out for that female. 6. Extremely political and biased environment, where you are forced to learn what will help the company to get more Microsoft certifications. 7.
