... expect 100% output, even of it means late sittings due to their mis-management. The salary payment date i.e. 10th of every month is often breached, causing mental stress and hence unbalanced lifestyle for employees. OUS delays salary payment 8/10 times, citing financial crunch or payments pending from clients and investor as reasons. During their hiring process, OUS represents itself as an established company with a roaster of clients which is false. However when it comes to payment, they suddenly present themselves as a bootstrapped startup with limited cash flow.

... destroy your career they work at this company. The company has a funding issue. Salary never comes on time. The management doesn't know a thing about digital marketing. The directors come from Print and Business Development background. The company HR is the wife of the director so forget any rights for the employees. The HR policy changes like weather on whims of the directors. They rob people of their FNF after firing them without any pay or notice or cause. They say that clients are not giving them money hence salary will be delayed and once you accept that. You will never get your money. Multiple cases have been filed on the company. Even the tea seller is owed money. They hire people from poor family background so they can never retaliate after they rob them of their money. Work-life balance - Say bye bye to that because even though the company is 5 day working, you will be asked to work on Saturdays and overtime almost every day to complete loads of work with because of the directors' overpromised deadline to the clients. Due to their lack of skills no client stay long term and hence the lack of funding. Even for simple quotations they ask their employees "How much should we quote?". Apart from all these the HR sits on your head, keeps watch on you like a warden. No chatting, no going down, no laughing in the office, don't use your phones, etc. This is the most toxic company I've worked with and it almost destroyed my career and my mental health went for a toss. I needed therapy after escaping from this company.

...o another. Loss making company with no money to even pay their own employees. They do not pay salary on time and will make you resign or terminate you as per their will and fancies. The management is the worst you will ever come across in your life with zero knowledge of growth and how to run a company

...IONS company is fraud and bogus, I have had a negative experience working there. Despite promises of competitive pay and lack of benefits, the company failed to pay any Employees on time and would frequently change the terms of our employment without notice this is their way of saying every penny without giving any. Additionally, the management was moody and difficult to work with a lack of knowledge to run an organization making rules like big companies and when the time comes to pay they state that they are a bootstrap organization utter nonsense comes into director's mouths all the time doesn't make any sense with their ideas. Giving bad commitments and bringing random faults in you, non of the words coming off the director's head made sense, continuously making it a stressful environment. Overall, I would not recommend this company as an employer. However, I would suggest that you save yourself because the company is on the verge of falling apart and I see no improvement in management as they hide their financial issue and fake the number of clientele they have coz 'non' 'zero' they have nothing just will make you hogg and will make u plan forces birthday surprises

DIRECTORs Gurpreet Saluja, Naoshad Pajnigara and Hr Tanaaz Pajnigara lacks the professionalism and overall work ethic demands overtime and excessive work, delay Salary ,overall i would not recommend this company as they lie to you about clientele and Job role, misguided you in all ways. After 6 months of resigning from the company ous failed to Clear my Salary dues and FNF, please be aware of such fraud company.
