...e seen some agency company dont pay on time. These guys dont have such problems. This agency company pays salary on time.

Dislikes

The company has no idea what they are doing. Many times they suddenly run behind one client. Then when escalation falls they drop any work for the client. Again suddenly they get busy then stop. This stopping and starting business means you dont get good focus on clients can lead to bad performance etc. I was fired because my recruitment data is bad. The company has no system and when you reason with them on delays they simply say ' pls find another job'. They fire people at the drop of a hat. They have no consistency to speak to recruiters. Each manager run their own process. I was asked to leave in Mar 2023 suddenly 1 day. When asked they say last 3 months no good. I said last 12 months data is good I got 20 joiners they said they are only looking from Jan 2023. One time they see India financial year April to March suddenly they will change the game and say let us see calendar year 2023 like other foreign companies. The team has not thinking on their own. My peer who performed lower to me for full financial year survived and they fired me. It is because last quarter was good for them. There is no incentive to perform for full year if company sees only last 2-3 months performance. I was rudely informed to leave the company. I will find another job I am sure but what happen is a real low for company. Many of my fellow recruiters were fired recently 4 months back. Reason is laughable. Company has random parameters to measure. While I am doing recruitment most client billing people still speak to us even when their project is over or abouts to getting over. When I was recruiting we told billable people that they will be kept in bench and deployed if needed. However things have changed in company. When a release date comes they directly fire people with no plan to reuse them. Feel very bad because I am unable to keep promise I made to people when hiring them. This is not the good company from 2 or 3 years ago. I have a long list but annual increments are one area that dont happen in company once you join.

Salary will come on time

In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.

...r interaction if client ends contract , you ll loose job if you still wants to join optimum ask for 40% more compensation since it doesnot have any job security

Salary comes on 1st of month. You don't have to follow up.

Dislikes

Big big issue is next project finding. They do interview make offer and project starts. But if project over they will send you out. No job safety at all. Many in my project team asked to leave company last few days. I started job searching but I also got exit notice in October. Also no leave encashment. They won't allow leave now in notice also. Leaves are wasted. So finally losing job and no leave payment also. Poor job experience here.
