...s client project. My skills put to good use for a multi country project rollout. Apart from onboarding no interaction with parent company except timesheet and salary time.

You get somewhat lost after client project deploying. Also I asked my manager many times what project I will work after first client project. He had no idea. i have no view of other client or projects of the company, he said. He kept saying this project will extend. I said can I do some automation POC for other projects out of my interest. Manager said nothing like that POC they do. One day client told project is over and gave notice. I was panicked. My manager did nothing and suddenly I get HR call and she asked me to resign and go out after contract for client is over. Very rude call. If they dont have projects they send you out. You cannot build a career here. They are small company may be no bench they keep. Very poor planning. 4 months back my old manager called me for job and I said no saying that I like it here. Now I have reached him again, very sad state. The teams speaking to employees like me should interact proper way and not be rude. They talk in a way as if I am a slave to them. Very shocked and irritated. With no immediate job in hand I will be on the road in a few days. Hoping for best.

They pay starting good salary. Then no improvement. It can be negative also.

All other things. Once put in client site they wont meet you at all. They will help when we ask any admin information like leave balance, HR team, submit proof, salary slip and all. But when you ask project related help the account manager wont help at all. They wont provide training. Expect us to pay by ourself. Manager wont connect me to any technical team. They keep on saying they have practice team, coe team and all. But no help come to employee. Once I reach someone in practice. They say I dont have enough experience asked me to learn and come back something in testing then ask the question again to them. For this I will study all this myself. Why I need company support for this. My project getting over in September. The company given me notice to exit already. Searching for better job now.

I have worked in 3 companies so far and this is the place I will never return to work

The salary company optimum and client CTOS did a mass layoff sometime back and I am also impacted. They keep on hiring and keep on firing in few months. Reason they give is performance. But we are the people who are working very hard and smart and without our team the project will not even be in this shape. Someone is giving fake commitment within client company for timelines and to save them they are blaming us. Never a good culture both in client place and salary company optimum.

In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.
