From what I've heard and what I've been reading about the company, it seems like a great fit for my personality and my values.

Low Pay and Management.

... - Work from anywhere 2. Good training program 3. Earn payments almost daily. 4. Weekly bonus and appreciation awards and certificates - extra income. 5. Resume database also given 6. No payment required to join the program, all tools and training is free of cost.

Dislikes

1. Mostly jobs are IT technology positions and I'm weak in technical knowledge. 2. Job is mostly calling candidates. 3. 2 weeks training is there but I wish if there were more training.

After joining as a salaried employee... Human resource exploitation and huge salary deductions enters the chat. They bring trauma, anxiety, instability along with them. Becoming a IT Recruiter or Assistant team lead or Team Lead is a curse itself

... their own world, No on time salaries, huge deductions are there to welcome you. No TL, Manager is sure how much salary he or she will get. TLs efforts not appreciated, managers are treated like puppies crawling near management

Great working here but one thing i wanted to suggest for the company is please allot some fixed salary for the recruiters also it will be very greatful of they do it and it will be great support and motivates us to work more and more

...centre type of company that will ask u and give u targets to call more and more. It's a company that has only targets and than salary. Which means if you give profit to company company will pay you salary of 2 months for US IT RECRUITER which is only 45k .After you give closure you will set some percent else no pay only contractual.

Dislikes

It's a 2 month contractual job . If you are getting training and not meeting training target you will be kicked. So everyday since joining you have to meet and achieve your target. You have to call as much people you can.
