Well defined work timings from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, overtime is provided. Plant has all required facilitlies like Air conditioned shop floor, canteen, plus sports facilitlies such as badminton and table tennis.

Dislikes

No job security, they over hire during peak demand and fire when they have less business. Lot of micromangement and non helpful demotivated employees. Training provided is bad which reduces employee efficiency.

Best company in terms of working,very good collaboration between team, work culture is good not like other companies in the same field Ample challenges to keep you engaged in each project

1)the lack of skill development opportunities. 2) The saturation among senior staff who have been here from the start and lack knowledge in system design . 3) The Toxic and Discriminatory Atmosphere. 3) The presence of office politics. 4) Mass layoffs . 5)Join only if you are Unemployed.

Likes

The work environment is different from others. The flexibility in work time makes it easy to balance work life and personal life. There is no end to the training, there is continuous training at Optel. The best part is there is badminton, table tennis and a small gymnasium at Optel.

Mr. Shaunak Dave and Mr. Sanjeev Nimkar are great leaders for Asia and India Operations, its a live to work and work to live company. Optel is a great company open to discuss with freedom and open to new innovations and challenges. Vision of the company is just spell bounding, its a great team and great place to work, learning in Optel is unlimited, you can unleash creativity without any fear.
