collaborating with different teams.

worst culture of working 24/7. some of the people without having any understanding for the staff's situation keeps on barking and parching upon their thoughts and blaming others if something goes wrong. The environment has a complete monopoly culture and pure dictatorship. Biased directors and above people somehow convinces the CEO for illogical aspects creating trouble for loyal productive staff. They do not have any respect for others as they follow only unidirectional orders. They must have skip meet arrangement for the staff wherein a staff can talk to her /his manager's boss and not leaders without involving him/her. CEO need to remove such director immediately who creates toxic environment or the one who abuses their employees.

- If you are from the location - fun jab. You will have job and entertained to continue in sales. - If you are a fresher and a girl, you will be entertained.

- We wake (1) up and 22 by 7 (2) are the only 2 things to be worried before joining the sales. - Experienced people can't continue because of unnecessary torture. - Marketing leads the Sales department. Strange!!! - Sales Team drivers (Both S & M) never proven themselves and never met management expectations, so to save their own positions in the company for long run, they start showcasing that the team is not worth taking the pressure and targeting only the Male senior sales employees. - Bad remarks available for the sales drivers. First, check their LinkedIn and ping past employees to get a feedback about the sales department drivers (2 people). - Joiners Beware. - Inquire and talk to past 2 to 3 years Ex employees before joining. You will know facts.

It is a hardcore tech company working on latest and niche technologies. Management and Seniors are very supportive especially during the pandemic. Lots to learn and lots of career growth options involved. Individuals taking responsibilities and ownership are recognised. Overall, good place to work and nice work culture.

Pretty nice experience. Complex problem that we were trying to solve their. Learned a lot about lots of aspects of software delivery and customer experience management, apart from the bettering my craft as a data scientist.
