Permanent WFH is the only good thing with the company.

First of all, please do not get lured by fake 5 stars as new joiners are "forced" to put reviews. Company is going downhill as the product sucks and they are making losses. Not ready to take feedback positively and not ready to work on their product. All you will be working on is L1, L2 level "support tickets" and documentation. Forget about design, you will not even get any kind of quality work if you are an engineer. As a manager, your task will be to just keep cherry picking negativity in juniors and yell at them if someone tries to question your way of working. Company hired in bulk in 2023/24 and started firing in 2025. Documentation is improving as they recently started to streamline it NOW for >10 year old plugins. And probably that is all you will be working on as you join.
