... promotes me , it's time to promote again, company told me I will be done soon . and two times salary increament also but increament is very less, but I looking for good salary and good post

We belongs to offline , and our same product selling online by company and also the rate is different online price is so much less than offline , samsung and vivo is much better than oppo in this offline online balancing . Due This things oppo employees distributer facing problems , retailer talk with disrespect they have online product of low price then why he take stock from distributer , but we are fighting motivate retailer and employees and doing our work . Other telecom company giving uniform every year to employee specially in winter but oppo company in up east not giving from last 2- 3 years . Other state margin is also different from UP .

Working profile is same as key Responsibilty , but salary is very less in comparison on competition brand like vivo, and no traveling allowance available, Job security is in your manager's hand only , hr will not involved in any solution

Lot politics and manager never address our issues, No Traveling allowance and less salary other then comparison brand

Good working envirment and culture. Management is transparent. They pay our salary on time some time earlier aslo.

...mpany also may adopt increment police for those who is working more then 2+year. Salary structure is average structure need changess. Their is many changes have to do in salary structure and in also seniours mind.

Management is very bad. Rules are very bad. No promotion here. All 10th, 12th , ITI, diploma even B. tech level employees putted in same category. How a ITI employee can be senior to a B. tech employee, most employee have ITI qualification who is in senior post, mostly employee don't have degree, mostly employee have fake diploma and degree. only those employee get promote either they have less qualification or they are close to a senior person.

Salary is good, Incentives is the only part of earning Self learning Basic Core marketing & sales work, it's good company for freshers to learn & work but not more than 2 years.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, no integrity in several departments, no appraisals, low basic salary, no supports from company on Market issues & also to increase increaments, no such satisfying policy for employees About health insurance. Low variables, company payroll is third party so have much more issues while taking loans. No motivation for employees.
