Management is very bad. Rules are very bad. No promotion here. All 10th, 12th , ITI, diploma even B. tech level employees putted in same category. How a ITI employee can be senior to a B. tech employee, most employee have ITI qualification who is in senior post, mostly employee don't have degree, mostly employee have fake diploma and degree. only those employee get promote either they have less qualification or they are close to a senior person.

OPPO is known for Skill development which is rated at the top and given a rating ..

... job security as without reason anybody could be placed notice for relaxation. No travel allowance, no salary increments after years of working.

In OPPO working environment is good & salary paid on time no delay according to salary date.

In OPPO production department working environment not good because line operator treated by line leader and floor incharge.

It is a company where your hard work will pay off...if you hava a talant then you will get promotion time by time..i joined this company as a fqc ( lowest designation in quality ) but I did well time by time and I got promotion and in last I was ipqc leader ..

Not much liked but doing due to family responsibilities.

...nd because of no proper working environment especially after Covid breakdown. They hold my salary and freezed my EL and not paid any thing of last 3 months after generating salary slip also.
