Salary is good, Incentives is the only part of earning Self learning Basic Core marketing & sales work, it's good company for freshers to learn & work but not more than 2 years.

Management is very poor, no integrity in several departments, no appraisals, low basic salary, no supports from company on Market issues & also to increase increaments, no such satisfying policy for employees About health insurance. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
