...going smoothly but shift was sometimes double shift and employee are less there. Salary also not hike . when employee ask leave not accepting .work place gummdipoodi .

I sever health issue that time ask reliving on company and I provide medical certificate also but not given experience certificate so my career is affected . work place opg gummdipoodi.

This is a small company who has 300 MW power plant in Gujarat. The new learner will learn lot of things but if any experienced person wants to do it is my suggestion not to go there else you will ruin your career

Dislikes

Nothing is good in the company. No HR Policies. No incentives from 4 years.
