the Company is Open to innovation & readily adopts latesh Technology. in this Company, my Destination is Purchase Assistant. i tell you about my Job profile Like Clearing the Bills of Local Material & Follow up with Supplier through Email & Telephonic Conversation Etc., Make the Purchase Order (P.O.) in Visual Gems System, Sourcing the new development from Different Supplier, Regular Update regular Schedule etc.

I do not work here, when i went their for interview, i saw the office, it felt like some earthquake happened here, their was no discipline to keep the things at their place. how can you work at place where there is no basic organisation ? Another thing was my interview taken by MD (i guess). he was so professionally asking me all the questions about my whole the career. i felt he is so good, but i got my shock after that. They almost selected me, but when i ask them what benefits employees have in this company, then i actually got to know how this shady company is. They do not have PF, PL, CL and not even Maternity leave. and they work on Saturdays. I mean a persona is not allow to have a personal life or to get sick because the money will get directly deducted from their salary. WOW !! I feel i have wasted my 2 hr for this shady company, who did not treat their employees as a human. if you are planning to go their for interview, then please cross check if they have all these benefits because on-call, they will not inform you.
