It is overall a good company. Work-life balance is the best. people often won't leave this company easily.

Dislikes

1. Compensation. It is not bad here, not no so good. especially, increments. 2. Always NO to work from Home. People from management will keep on saying, better take leave than work from home. People from management often do work from home, but they won't allow their engineers to do so. 3. Lesser leaves than the industry standard. You will get just 5 sick leaves in a year, where the industry standard is 10. 4. No Team outings, No lunch outings. or, very less outings compare to the other companies. 5. Zero onsite travel. 6. Micromanagement. 7. Strict timings. You have to be in the office at 8:15 AM. :)

Great Teams, excellent work life balance, multiple in House technology certification, place for innovation, no travel provided as it is product based.

Dislikes

Salary difference between lateral joiners and regular employee is too much. Salary for freshers is more than the salary is for 2-3 years of experience employees.

... Products. Opentext environment is very good and work-life balance is very good. I have developed myself Technical and personal after working with Opentext Hyderabad, salary hike's are good for me.
