The work culture, the people around me, work life balance. It's a decent place to work in, you get to learn things, people are ethical, are committed to their work, but will always take time out to help you as well. You can even play in the office, there's always carrom, and TT available, provided your work isn't getting compromised. People are very understanding, less of politics, a decently happy culture, in my opinion.

Dislikes

Compensation isn't that great. It's still an average product company to work in, but if you got ambitions, you might begin to struggle a bit. Top level management need to be a little cautious and keep on appreciating you from time to time, so that you feel you're important.

Good benefits, food and cab facility Office is nice and people are really good with their field of expertise

Experienced people hardly get time for knowledge transfer Salary and promotion are not upto the standards

No mobility between teams. Kind of stuck to same team forever. Pay is well . Tech stack can be legacy since most are legacy products Integrated with aquired products.
