Lower level staff are understanding and helpful

Dislikes

Very poor salary and increments are very pathetic, doesn't provide Increments every year, even if they provide them it's hardly less than 5 percent. Lots of work and there's politics at very level. Higher management fools UK staff and play politics with developer and other staff. Employer doesn't not deliver what is promised in offer letter. They don't provide Increments on confirmation.

They should give better increments..people working in the company for years have lesser pay than a new hires with less experience. This causes frustration. Company should consider this and give their existing employees good increments.

Their salary structure was very poor and they pay you approx to half of the current market prevailing salary package in the industry. The highest management always keep their clients in dark and always involved in almost everything i.e. they are the only ones who take all the decisions be it even the small decisions of the managers and team leaders which they are supposed to take and they are just kept as puppets with almost no authority, one man show sort of thing is there. Hardly you may get any appraisals and IJPs on time, even if you get that will be very less, very late and given with a biased attitude. May be the presence of a very limited number of other bpo companies in the nearby areas could be the reason for all this.
