... Work culture is just work work work. Growth is very limited. No transparency. Salary not on time. Always after 10th of month. No digital documentation for salary slips. Promotion and increment are also in doubt. No relocation to other branches.

...y can Terminate you without any intimation (2021- 102fired & 2023 - 88fired ) 3.Average Salary they bestow to their employee (not more than 6.0LPA in 8 yeaars ) 4. Skill development ; NO new skill you can learn in OATI (no automation only they hav their own products , when they remove person from company , person is helpless bec he has no skill and the skill which he gained in prior years that is useless) 5. Some old staff people feels like they all are CEO of OATI . they treat their new comers like home maids (any time they call them for meeting , reports, Collections, ) - no work culture 6. HR Department does not responce to their old employees (no repy on mails , phones )

+ Appraisal - Good (8-20% annual, depending on performance) + Work Life balance - Good ( Depend on Manager also) + Holiday policy - Excellent ( Get extra holiday if it falls on Saturday & Sunday ) + Learning - Average ( Vary upon team to team, some Team are working on latest Technology) + Open Access Technology is a product base company deals in Engery Domain of US & other. + Job security - Good ( Need to maintain your monthly review in team and your secure always & if product dies then you will be get some other product) + Health insurance for you complete family. ( Husband, Wife and two children) + Grand Annual Party every year. + In-door game table tennis, out-door badminton & cricket. ( Few tournament each year) + Free Snacks on every Thursday ( One Samosa only if no one is watching you can pick two also ) + Good Open Air Parking Space.

+ Salary Delay - Normal salary get added in a account on 10-15 of the month. + Old Technology - I don't know why but I feel company don't prefer latest Technology. ( Product is very large thats why they may have some concerns in it ) + Work from home access to manager and higher authorities only. + Festival celebration are not grand. ( Except Diwali )

Salary distrubution process. Thus must be on last working day of each month. Appraisal must be on time. There must be some certification from company side to boost and motiviate employees.

Work life balance is awesome , good working environment. No work from home so when you leave office then you are full free , can take leaves very easily

Salary comes on 10th of every month. Job security is a concern. Old technology , very less learning.
