2.Job Security : Any time they can Terminate you without any intimation (2021- 102fired & 2023 - 88fired ) 3.Average Salary they bestow to their employee (not more than 6.0LPA in 8 yeaars ) 4. Skill development ; NO new skill you can learn in OATI (no automation only they hav their own products , when they remove person from company, person is helpless bec he has no skill and the skill which he gained in prior years that is useless) 5.
