Dislikes

HR team is bad, they does not listen to me. I see them roaming on floor and play some ball games. When I told them about my concern they did not listened to me. Good people are leaving and long working people in company are management peoples friends. Both the devops architect are abusive and bad attitude people. Good people leave because they does not let people work. HR are also management peoples friends so no one will help. They show good side on social media but they are false. Great place to work is not true. They make my team work on weekends and management people does not listen to me. HR people will show false concern on social media but they will really not help anyone.

Competitive salary.

Dislikes

Very abusive work culture. Every thing depends on what kind of day senior is having. No one will do anything about some people as they are family friend or friends with management. Many people left the company recently. I did not had project for long time, but they will not have any transparency. Some people have multiple projects and will be frustrated all day and are not approachable.

I would define Opcito's sales department as a team of self-motivated members. Working with such enthusiastic and energetic colleagues is extremely motivating in itself. Most people say that sales jobs are high-pressure jobs; well, not at Opcito. It is target-oriented but the company has time-tested processes that help you to achieve these targets. Plus, the senior team members are always willing to help you. Talking about the company's overall culture, work appreciation, cultural activities, fun Fridays, various in-house tournaments make it a fabulous place to work at.

Sometimes sales efforts don't pay off immediately. It might take weeks or even months depending upon the customers' requirements. So, continuous follow-ups and not losing patience become important.

Keep lying in town hall meet.Big picture show off There is no projects for many months but they keep lying . No good increments, but all the directors have big salaries without good work. my manager is always frustrated for directors lack of expertise. The technical director is busy doing basic staff augmentation. They just rome around in office. Advise - Don't play with people careers, while hiring big picture but on ground its very different. don't lie
