... people sale and clients. There is literally no boundary and no security at all. I know a person in sales who have been working for a year and has never gotten any bonus because the sales are that bad.

Dislikes

Everything. The HR literally offered my friend a "story" on how "women" should behave in a work space while the other colleague being a male was ordered biryani. Bias, discrimination, old men don't take opinions from freshers. If you want to end your career go ahead and join and you will see for yourself.

...sion for product is very respectful and we have some great leaders working here. Compensation benefits are good. Work hours are flexible and one can expect to have good work life balance.

Here career growth is excellent, especially freshers are under the guidance of working professionals (senior software engineers) because of this freshers can learn knowledge and management also supportive and encouraging the talent

They have a great set of products, so you get a chance to work on multiple things at a time. They didn't cut salaries and didn't lay off anyone.

Dislikes

Favoritism is just too much. You work hard and still won't get any appreciation. Not by words neither by money. No one knows in which direction, company is going, including management.
