Onward Policy are changing as per there need. Nothing is in employee side. Low salary. Appraisal is also very low. Manager not responding. For beginner 2-3 yrs exp. It is ok

Appraisal, No scope for development, Management cares only about timesheet filling, they find some or the other ways to cut your salary with lame excuses. The day you will complete your project they will fire. It keeps on continuing and behave like recruitment firms.

... policies as compared to onward. some highlights of positive points as per me Salary on time is plus point and that's all.

No salary hikes. I was working for 3 years and salary hike they have given only once and that too only 5 percent. Notice period for onsite employee is 3 months. It's huge. So that after listening notice period is 3 months no company wish to give opportunity to you. 3 months notice period is big problem as you have to resign and get another job after serving notice period. Employee having family gets in trouble. so don't join if they are hiring and notice period is 3 months. Employee resigning before any offer to minimize 3 months notice period are also in risk. Firstly notice period was 2 months but later suddenly they made it 3 months. employees who were searching for job are pushed in trouble and on other side no good hike to stay on there payroll.

... reduce CTC..Mine went from 5.5LPA to 4LPA. Sadly took offer cuz I put paper. 2.now salary is not properly crediting ..I get 80% salary they say silly reason to for that not punched in and out. 3.HR are not going to support.this HRs they only take care of recruiting only.. 4. I worked on project .my product saved 16k$ for client got appreciation from mail. My client manager said you going get monitory benifits for this...but company gave 0 .also no appreciation mail from this people. 5.usually companies release new increment on MAY/JUNE....but in this company it's JULY..and it will start crediting 6.Usually service based company gives training.but this company given 0 training from past 1.5 year... Conclusion a ) if you fresher join b) if you got better opportunity.put paper immediately.( Abscond if less month worked .left to you) c) have multiple offer ?. Ignore this organisation.
