If their client partnership is over... or project completed then asap they will throw their employees... minus % job security... to waste ur carrier u can join... I have worked for 2 + years... also u won't get leave encashment but they will mention in offer... many fake promises...

They don't interfere much with the client-employee dealings. They put the rules but abide by the client-employee relationship. One of the best hikes in the service industry.

The only thing to like is that Salary is on time

Dislikes

1. They will give you all false information and commitment to get you in. 2. They change/force policy anytime 3. No job security, if client says they dont want you they will throw you out next day. 4. No one (HR/Manager) bother to connect with you when you are client location. 5. You will feel helpless coz they listen to only what client says , no value to your words. There are so many points to mention but I think above points are enough to take your decision

Only work from home option is good thing

Dislikes

...ople in Autosar. 1.Strict office timing (9-6:30) which mean no flexibility. 2.Salary comes first working day of next month. 3.HR policy are worst. 4.Only EL they have which get credit by end of month. 5.No leave Encashment option. 6.No transprancy by hiring manager about work. 7. Work at client location. 8.No job security 9.You cannot ask any doubts/questions to HR. 10.Not a IT company as they started in mechanical area. 11When no project they can remove you without providing you salary for notice period.

Generally they're outsourcing resources. So it's really difficult to give overall review coz it's absolutely about your client company & about your project. For me, I got Ranault project. In my project lots to learn. But it purely depends on your project. You've the freedom to talk to your reporting Manager about your issues & feedbacks so that you can change your client company if you're not satisfied with it.

Salary growth is not upto the mark since we deployed & working at client location there's no possibility that our Reporting Manager will know about our exact efforts & involvement. They'll provide default rating.
