If there is project closure or contract closed by chance any opening with other client you remaining have the job otherwise you have to search outside) so job security rate is average only.. I was not given flexibility to work from home when i got immediately married. They terminated my service on 2nd warning for not coming to office where i was working from home and following the instructions from colleagues.
