The BEST move I did from 3 years in the corporate world! On Top gives me the freedom to develop my leadership skills in an all-remote environment, brings ahead challenges and opportunities for growth on a daily basis, while allowing me to make my own "life agenda" and be there for the people that truly matter in my personal life. Incredible culture, fast environment that requires you to take initiative, learn - unlearn and strive for the best!

Dislikes

Sometimes, in an organisation that experiences such a big growth weekly, things change a lot and fast. For me personally, that's a plus as I love to work in an agile environment. But if you are looking for something simple, clear and "following standard to-dos", then I would say maybe On Top wouldn't be the best option for you.

The company's dynamic is incredible, everyday you keep learning new things. The companies culture is also amazing, you have the opportunity to work remotely from where you decide. Most importantly, the work-life balance is perfect, we work a lot but you manage your own time and have the opportunity to spend more quality time with your family.
