The company's dynamic is incredible, everyday you keep learning new things. The companies culture is also amazing, you have the opportunity to work remotely from where you decide. Most importantly, the work-life balance is perfect, we work a lot but you manage your own time and have the opportunity to spend more quality time with your family.

Sometimes, in an organisation that experiences such a big growth weekly, things change a lot and fast. For me personally, that's a plus as I love to work in an agile environment. But if you are looking for something simple, clear and "following standard to-dos", then I would say maybe On Top wouldn't be the best option for you.
