I like the environment of Office culture and team, On time salary. No incentives bcoz huge Target will be loaded...

1) Lack of transparency and communication 2) Unfair treatment or biases towards employees in Target. 3) Limited opportunities for growth and development 4)Unhealthy work-life balance expectations 5)No Value for senior employees 6)No PF for who joined in start of company.new join team they are giving PF. 7) last but not least so important if you work more than 3 year's you will not get Jobs in any company...

Management is Great and Provide Learning in Professional way , Same each and every think is clear by HR and Training Team

Medical part is not available for Family, You have to pay for that and it's increasing by every year

Overall not a good nor a very professional organisation, has a culture of haier and fire. No set work plan not future goals just depends on few set work patterns and not open to innovate. Hence it make the working uncomfortable for an experienced individual who has a lot to contribute and not be a victim to politics.
