This list is huge but as I have to keep it small and specified hence I am highlighting some incidents what I came accross. 1. No proper training. 2. No colleagues support in case of learning. 3. Existing coworker's rude behaviour. 4. Toxic work culture. 5. Very unprofessional behaviour towards new joinee. SCM is one of the process which is leading by Mumbai office and that process is pathetic just pathetic. Above mentioned points are dedicated to this process only. If anyone wants to join onprocesstechnology then i would request please don't and if it is for Mumbai SCM process then surely it will become hell journey. They are currently also hiring for this process only as no one stays over there more than 1 month so they always have vacancy for this particular process only.

...p rather than work. The admin team works horrible, specially the can facilities. Salary is too low as per the work I used to do. Dirty politics they play. Please if you r career oriented don't spoil it.

Because this company doesn't have any dignity. They select employees randomly and not at all employee centric. Not at all professional. People do gossip all the day long. Some of the employees just come, log in to their system and go back home. Doesn't really matter whether you are working or not.

Poor salary as compared to market. Even you entered with high package, it's really difficult to achieve that salary based on your experience as per the market standards.

The first advantage was Work from Home. My colleagues were very friendly and understanding.I had worked for only 2 months but still I received my releiving letter.Unlike my previous company Savantis Solutions India Private Limited which was a fraud company where even working for 10 months I received nothing not even an experience letter.

The shift timings were very hectic.Salary was also low in comparison and apprisals are low.

The working environment inside the office is very good.. that's all nothing much.

Worst part of On Process Technology is there salary structure. They want people with good communication and experience but they will provide you a fresher salary only..
