Nothing is good about the company. The HR Deepa Kumari was almost half-minded about talking, and the manager, the team leader, didn't know what to do in the company. They will terminate you with any reason and no ethics or behavioural manners in the company.

Only on time salary because atleast that's how a employee kneels before the company

No integrity no hr in the company onsite all decisions are made by a 25 year old young manager who is too an employee but feels like the owner of the company taking irrelevant decisions sitting on the throne

To be honest, there's nothing to like about this company except for being used as a second base before your dream job switch but not worth more than 6 months of your time.

One of the worst culture would be working extra hours without compensation. The manager is foul-mouthed and supervisor does nothing but give extra tasks to perform which aren't a part of your job profile and never pays attention to the problems of team members, often gives allocated tasks to someone n takes credit for the same while abandoning the person who actually did the job. Job security is zero as the manager and supervisor often threat to fire you if you say no to extra work which isn't a part of your job. They deny to let you apply for leave even if you are sick and makes you work almost 12-13 hours everyday. Sometimes, they ask you to login on weekends too without compensation. Overall, working culture is toxic, full of politics, empathy less behaviour and manipulation.

The work culture is extremely bad at onpoint. There are no proper rules for an employee. The organisation makes and breaks the rules as per their comfort. They forced us to take our earned leaves so that they need not pay us back at the end of the year. Managers and team leaders shout at the team members even for small mistakes and I leave it to ur thoughts how they would react if the mistake is significant. Shouting is just not accepted under any circumstances. They lack the basic work ethics. The global head himself shouts and answers arrogantly in any meets. That is what the managers also learn and implement on their team. Extremely terrible experience.

There is no professional ethics... I strongly recommend do not go for that company... Bossism there.. No job guarantee... They can make u resign where ever they need... Worst management.. Dont listen to u... This is not only experience... Three of my frnds also faced same situation... Target u, put pressure on u with full work to make u resign... They hold ur allowances without intimating and do not reply properly if u ask.... No work life balance... So guys better Do not go to this company.... I strongly suggest not to go... Tq
